As the error code message says- ‘Same account launched the game from different devices’, it generally means that you are disconnected from the game because you are trying to launch the game with the same account but on another device. Alongside this, the error code may appear due to an unstable internet connection, corrupted cache & data, buggy game, or Roblox server outage.
Roblox takes privacy seriously, so if you have already logged into a device and are trying to play a game with the same account but on another device, then it detects it as a security breach of your account and hence you can get the error code 264.
But there are several users who didn’t use another device but still faced the same error.
